We would like to introduce “Just Blain Sweet”! I've always had a dream to open a bakery. I have been baking since the age of 15, learning the secrets of the trade from my Mother & Grandmothers. Family and friends indulged in my creations and encouraged me to pursue my passion. On the side from having Just Blain Sweet, I'm a mother of 3 beautiful kids and a dog named Molly. I’m a Full time hockey, baseball and figure skating mom. Aside from cooking & baking I love spending every minute with my family. I also enjoy going for walks, gardening & hosting dinner parties and also spending my time at arena’s cheering on my kids !!!

We are Hamilton's Bakery. Since 1946 we have been creating Traditional and unique Baked Goods, the old-fashioned way. We bake fresh goods, on the premises daily using the finest ingredients and family recipes. We use no additives or preservatives because they aren't part of the recipe! Served with personal attention and attention to detail.

A locally owned and operated bakery, located in Sarnia's Northgate Plaza, Williams Pastry shop has been making fresh, scratch made breads, cakes, cookies, pies and more since 1939.
