CMHA is like my second home. I have a lot of friends there, who are like family to me. We have awesome activities, outings, camping trips, and educational programs that are really helpful in improving health and lifestyles in general. We have a lot of fun even during coffee time, whether we are volunteering or just there to enjoy a hot drink and the company of others. The 4-H program provides young people with an opportunity to learn how to become productive, self-assured adults who can make their community and country a good place in which to live.
