Lorraine is very knowledgeable and teaches you not just to prepare for the road test, but realistically teaches you how to be a safe driver in any situation you find yourself. She is very patient, affectionate and would never make you feel like crap when you make a mistake. She celebrates your wins no matter how little (like getting a parallel parking correctly).
