They get my order wrong EVERY time. If I get the soup with bread I always ask for extra butter, and stress that I need at least 4, they say okay and I get home to find maybe 1 or ZERO butter in the bag. Also I order my iced cappuccinos with 2/3 of it cream (yes it sounds gross) and repeat it several times and they never seem to remember that because my drink is always just a normal iced capp. And I’m VERY repetitive and clear about what I’m ordering. No reason for these mistakes
