Doctor K told me i have allergies when my symptoms are clearly a common chest cold. had to visit twice in one week for the same issue, with no resolve, just some allergy meds, even though i told him these arent my usual symptoms- i suffer from regular allergies. also $20 for a doctors note... i won't be going back if they cant differ between a cold and common allergies.
Awful clinic. Firstly they have a worker who barely speak english call names. Dr.Izarko if you can call him a doctor is rude and quick to push you out. He didnt even take time to look at possible broken knuckle qith drainage. Sent for xray and back to him, no break,weak pain killer prescribed.sent to emerge possible bone infection. Emergency doc said if Dr. Izakor had cleaned wound it would have never gotten this bad. Never go there again. Other sites have stated bad experianced there.
I wasted my time to go there today for the doctor to ask 1 question and not even look at my sons knee but told us that he can’t play any sports for 6 weeks. When I asked if he could look at it he said he didn’t need to. And our government pays how much to him for this appointment? Needless to say we charged the government to go to another doctor to get it looked at.
Before new management I never had a problem with this place. My Doctor is awesome can not ask for a better one. Every time I call to make an appointment I am on hold for 20 mins I think that is crazy......I even tried to call to cancel my appointment I was on hold again for 20 mins to cancel my appointment......I was almost to the point to hung up. The front desk staff put a smile on your face it will not hurt you.
If you ever go to this clinic prefer not to choose S.Goswami. She is the most terrible doctor I have seen! She won't explain to you the diagnosis and gets pissed off when asked for single question. She will answer you like you've asked her a thousand times! I have experienced this myself! This is awful! S. Goswami needs to learn how to treat her patients with respect or you better quit if you keep that attitude. Patients do not need a rude like you!
Dr. Amos is absolutely terrible. She didn't tell us important details on diagnosis in my wife at the start of her pregnancy. She's slow, she can't understand when you ask her questions and she can't answer them either. Didn't send us for a Down Syndrome pre screen which ended up being a very large problem. Very unprofessional I would give her 0 stars if I could. I wish I never met her and she's absolutely useless
Always get proper help and prescriptions from the doctors and am not waiting hours to get seen. My doctor was very friendly and not condescending in any way
Used to excellent. There was a change in managemet. All the front desk staff was replaced with workers who don't speak English well. Faxes from pharmacist aren't replied to. Had to call three times to have a lab requisition faxed to a lab.
Phoned their office at 6:40pm to be SURE they were open...was told they were closing at 7pm (even though website says open to 9pm!)... Only 5 minutes away so naturally no problem to get there to an empty clinic HOWEVER when we arrived at 6:47 we were told the doctor isn't taking anymore patients as she was going home!! I told receptionist we called ahead & were well within the "early" closing time! This is the quality of doctors today - PATHETIC.
I've been going to this clinic for over 20 years. Prior to that, I'd moved around a lot and have had lots of physicians. This is the best clinic I've ever worked with. The people are friendly, they remember you, they talk to you like you are a person and not just a patient. Service has always been excellent.
If I could give half a star, I would. I phoned Sunday to see if the walk in clinic was open, and the call center said they were. I bundled my son up, drove across town, to find that they put a closed for the weekend sign on the door.... Not impressed at all.
I don't take my daughter there anymore. The wait isn't long but the doctor woundnt even check my daughter out. She was sick and the doctor just sat at his desk and just said okay I'll give you this and gave us a prescription. So don't waste your time going there.
I have been coming to this clinic for many years. I have rarely ever had to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for a booked appointment, and my physician spends a good amount of time consulting with me and is quite thorough.

The Dr's are very nice however this is tarnished by the front desk staff. They all seem to despise patients. One in particular is always rude and abrupt and makes no attempt to disguise her contempt for people wanting to see a doctor. They have a sign that requires respectful behavior of clients. This is acceptable however it seems like places that have his sign always have very unhappy people working there and they apparently believe that the sign allows them to treat people badly.
