    Always feel reassured that my 3 dogs are being well taken of when I bring them to Paw Print Inn, no matter if its for daycare or overnight stays. The staff is always friendly and I love to see the pics of my fur babies looking like they are having a blast esp. when I'm away for awhile on holidays.

    My husband and I forgot to cancel our booking after an extremely busy week prior to our vacation. We were charged for the full stay, $180.00 even though their facility wasn't fully booked! If their policy is "$50.00 fee unless the cost of the stay is greater" then they should at least call to remind people of the booking. That way they can cancel prior to being charged. I would not recommend this kennel to anyone due to cancellation policy as well as their lack of customer service.
