Absolute awful service.I brought a ring here to get sized down, was quoted a price and then came to pick it up and not only did it not fit - the price was 30$ over what I was quoted.We had to send back the ring to be re-sized a second time and I was told I was not going to be charged after I made sure to ask.Somehow the 2nd time around my bill jumped up another $20 which they never informed me and when I asked why they lied twice they had no reason. Never going here again & don’t recommend it.
Waited for a strap change for 1.5 hr. When received the work done, noticed that the lugs were out 2 mm. Paid $25. The watch "professional" did not even attempt to suggest a wider strap. Now the strap catches my sweater. AVOID at any cost!!!!
*** the watch is unique. He had to cut the strap on top to put it on which makes the strap a total scrap....
