I called Head Office of Grande Cheese for their email address. A lady at Head Office by the name of Anna gave me her email address to forward me comment about being an unhappy customer. I sent Anna my email letter over week ago, no response back from her or anyone else. I thought customers concerns and comments were very important. This is not professional at all.
