Pilates Essentials is a fully equipped studio. The pilates fitness discipline improves general quality of movement by strengthening, elongating and toning your body which enhances posture and flexibility. All levels of fitness enthusiasts are welcome to participate in class or private & semi-private instruction sessions. Tailored training programs that cater more specifically to individual needs are also offered.
