I did not get work done with Paramount Construction, however the reason was pretty simple. The contract they provided me with said that if anything went wrong with their work on Weeping Tiles and the Insurance company was involved - they would charge 200$/hour for a minimum of 8 hours.
That is awful for a company like this. Stay away.
