The most important thing to me in a restaurant is cleanliness. next of course comes the food. We have been ordering take out and I prefer to pick it up instead of delivery. Wings, of those wings they have are so big and tasty. I ask them to cook them a little longer so they become really crispy. I like them dry - no sauce for me. My family likes mild bbq sauce. Their pizzas are the best in Timmins. I like that they use a lot of cheese.

The great thing about going to a Pizza Hut is you know what to expect. Their standards are very high. They only use fresh toppings - nothing from a can. Their wings are the best ever. They are large, crispy and you get to choose your sauce but remember hot means hot. They have incredible specials so I watch for those. It is clean with good service and very family friendly. They use a good oil in their pan pizzas or you can order a thin crispy pizza with no oil. I like that I can choose.

Service Gone Very Bad

We were in this restaurant where the chicken wings were too hot. My Mother-In-Law couldn't eat them so we explained to our waitress that they were inedible. We were told that we could order another flavour. The manager said the same thing. I find this very unacceptable seeing that we frequent this Pizza Hut on regular basis. Also, we were charged $4 more for the pizza because we asked to exchange two toppings. Needless to say, but we don't plan on going back. Hopefully this incident helps you to decide not experience what we did. Even after their Head Office won't offer to soften the blow we encountered. Thank you for listening Joe

Worst pizza in town greasy, pasta taste like its frozen and microwaved, service was bad didnt get the order right at all, just bad food overall

Horrible service

My take-out order was incorrect when delivered and management was very difficult and rude when contacted. Worst service I have had in a very long time.

I always enjoyed The Hut and I have nothing bad...

I always enjoyed The Hut and I have nothing bad to say about the food, however, the service in the the Hut in Timmins was quite slow. We didn't have utensils and our waitress didn't get our order right. All in all it was a good dinner but the table should always be ready before the food comes.
