I rented a car from the Avis location at the airport in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario.
On receiving the car, the service from the gentleman behind the counter was efficient.
When I dropped off the car, no one was at the counter, so I put the keys in the drop box. I called twice and left voicemail messages requesting a receipt. 11 days have passed, and there has been no response whatsoever.
I guess Avis feels it's okay to ignore its customers. This is very disappointing.
