    They always fill my tanks when I need them and they are all good to me. I recommend them to everyone who has propane furnaces. They are a very good company.

    Only dealt with them 5 years. They NEVER let me run out. Only had to call them 1 time in 5 years for propane. Bottom line, always had fuel for heat, that is what I need. Never an issue. Good staff.

    Issues quickly so...

    Issues quickly solved by dedicated staff here in Parry Sound. Day or night service year round for problems. Calls quickly returned. 4x4 truck to deliver propane through the winter. Have been a happy customer since 1993. Price for propane is competitive.

    Our experience with Georgian Bay Propane has been horrible. When we established our account for delivery of fuel to our secondary residence, we made it clear that our bills were to be sent to our primary residence. The first bill sent to us by Georgian Bay Propane was mailed to our secondary residence and was returned to Canada Post as undeliverable. The second bill did reach us correctly. The third bill from Georgian Bay Propane was left in a snow bank at our secondary residence, along with a complimentary pen! A call was placed to the manager of Georgian Bay Propane and he gave us his assurance that these billing issues would be rectified. We have just received our fourth delivery of propane (in absentia). The bill from Georgian Bay Propane was thrown in the porch at our secondary residence. And, IT APPEARS, Georgian Bay Propane's truck has struck our clothes line, severing both clothes line poles at ground level, and run over a lawn chair! A call will be placed to management of Georgian Bay Propane to discuss their apparent property damage. I can not, in good conscience, recommend Georgian Bay Propane based on our experience thus far.
