This is the worst florist I have ever encountered. I received flowers from a friend from Florida that only lasted 3 days. The owner suggested that the condition in my home and the way I was watering the arrangement was the cause of the short lived bouquet. I know my friend spent a lot of money sending this bouquet for the passing of my father and for this florist to not guarantee her flowers for more than 3 days is unconscionable. Poor quality of flowers and poor customer service!

Worst florist ever

My parents ordered me a birthday bouquet from here. The flowers looked like a bunch of wild flowers that someone picked from the field, they were mostly gree. They felt wilted to both Ryan and I. The bouquet was super small and frankly embarrassing. I am actually shocked and appalled at the quality that they produced. This is by far the worst bouquet I have ever seen. No amount of money should have been paid for this. Except the plastic very small vase which is no more than 5-7$.

Do not waste your...

Do not waste your money! My boyfriend paid $160 for an arrangement. Not only was the arrangement tiny, they arrived wilted, dying and practically frozen. He showed them pics and they told us to put them in fresh water and their colour will be brought back to life. We demanded a refund and they refused. Terrible flowers and terrible customer service!

wonderful service

Parkside Florist was extremely helpful recently when I needed to send flowers to Europe . The owner was very knowledgeable and made recommendations keeping my budget in mind. I left knowing my order was in good hands. Thanks Parkside Florist.
