Receptionists are very rude. I'm a new mom and went in for my son's two month appointment and was running late because we come from White Oaks (30 minute drive on a good day) with a fussy baby. They were instantly rude informing me that I was late even though I was fully aware of that fact. Then they told me that the doctor would only do his vaccinations then instead of a full exam. They spoke in a condescending tone the entire time and made me very upset in front of all of the other patients.
Unprofessional manner, disrespect minorities. Office personnel should strive to be respectful and culturally sensitive to the needs of their patients, regardless of ethnic or racial background.
