I use this location on a monthly basis to print club newsletters to send out to the few who are on our postal mailing list. The cost is very reasonable and the convenience of emailing a pdf and picking up the copies later not to mention being treated like a valued customer spending 10x or 100x has been an incredible blessing and is very much appreciated

Not customer oriented.

Been trying to get my money back for 6 weeks on a package they “FORGOT” to give the delivery driver. So it never left there store on time been hearing they are going to e-transfer 4 times now the owner there never sent it. UPS head office just contacts these guys to get help and that’s no help because the owner is never there to help. Call the store everyday to talk to this “owner” the girl there rudely says “not here hangs up the phone on me”.So my last time using this store!
