Awful, just awful! The entire time I was dealing with them they were nothing but rude, ignorant, and lies. Firstly, the customer service was terrible. They were totally rude and ignorant. Then, they gave us a 10% discount on the 6 BM dresses we were ordering, and then they decided that we were NOT going to be getting those dresses..after we all had the deposits down ($90) and couldn't back out. They refused to give us this discount they promised to us. Just terrible service and morals
