Extremely unhappy with their product & service. Bought a Sunrise Hottub. Quality of parts is poor. Neither Sunrise nor Discounters will stand behind warranty. 2 air-control knobs broke within first year-poor quality tabs to hold it on snapped with regular use. 5 jets now have lost their flow - need rubber o-rings replaced. 2 jets snapped when trying to remove them. Discounters provided 2 replacement parts, no labour and ignored my request for for help with jets. Definitely stay away.
Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!
