asked staff if they had an item in stock and they said they would check.(large item).at that point they proceeded to assist another customer for about 5 minutes so i decided to leave,that was when he seen me and called me back.so i decided to give him a second chance to assist me.that was when he went wandering around the store not looking for the product i was asking about.i left never to return and vowing to tell all of my experience

Rude staff; can't make a scan right. I know it's a staples but at least I expected it to be a little better than ups?

Way too few peopl...

Way too few people when busy. Long wait times ,poorly managed, and staff not always knowledgeable.

The worst service...

The worst service i ever had unhelpful rude staff in the printing department, not the least bit helpful and i will never go back!!!!!!
