Not impressed ordered a pizza For delivery waited almost an hour finally I called to see where my pizza was . The girl on the phone said it was at the shop for pick . Wrong I wanted it delivered gave the guy on the phone my address told him it was gonna be debit at the door ..... finally the pizza comes and the delivery guy doesn’t even have the debit machine with him ...... some one is not paying attention totally screwed that up may be the last time I order from napoli

Horrible experiance with this business. I am a former Caper who hadnt been back that way in 6 years. My wife and I and our 3 kids were visiting relatives. We now live in Ontario. Napolis was our last stop as we were leaving CapeBreton. Napolis messed up and my wife and daughters got a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. As they are vegitarians it made our last day in CapeBreton a horrible experiance. When I called a couple days later from Ontario to complain. The staff was unconcerned and rude.
