I ordered online # of catfood & other cat items for home delivery as I am unable to drive. When I recd the box of items, it was missing 1 of 4 mega pack of dentabites. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Excellent service.

Horrible customer service. Myself and another customer (who I do not know) waited for half an hour for assistance while the only employee in the store ignored our requests for help so he could flirt with a female customer. NEVER will I return.

I always have a p...

I always have a positive experience when I visit PetSmart: whether I'm visiting the grooming salon, or retail store. The staff are friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. I don't shop anywhere else for my pets' needs. I recommend PetSmart to every pet parent I know.

I took my 14 week...

I took my 14 weeks puppy to their shop for groom, when i came back to pick her up, the groomer(lady) told me that they cleaned her teeth , nail clipped, haircut, ear washed...(full groom) and it cost me $95 and she looks ugly after the groomer did the haircut, the fur is too short and some of her skin is exposed... I don't think it worth that much money... After i arrived home, i checked my puppy, nails not done, ears not cleaned... Do not go to this place, please find a better groomer!!
