In a style truly their own, they have melded contemporary cuisine with traditional dishes from their own heritages, and the results are spectacular. While it is not a strictly Indian eatery, dishes such as butter chicken, pakora and lamb curry are so flavourful you'll forget they offer other cuisines on the menu.
