The customer service was completely terrible, no help to a loyal customer and was treated with absolute no respect, never have I been treated so rudely as a young person when all I went in was to ask a question, treated like I was stupid and the lady that helped me was completely disrespectful and ignorant, never again will I go back to this bank for anything. If you treat your youth with desrespect when only asking a question, it won’t get you far.
