We had Kai as our Brick sales associate. He was very helpful over the phone with our recent purchase. Kai had a cheerful disposition and was quick to answer all our annoying questions. I would recommend the Brick! Great experience! Thank you Kai!
Quite a while ago we had purchased a bed from The Brick and the purchase was a complete nightmare. In August 2020 we were looking for a sofa and love seat with no luck. I talked my wife into going to The Brick where we found a sofa and love seat that we liked. We purchased them, waited for delivery and for problems to start, however; we had good service in the store and delivery was excellent. We would recommend you try The Brick.
On May 26 we purchased a LG TV from The Brick in Red Deer. When setting it up at home there was a problem with the screen causing a distorted image on the left side of the screen. See attached photo. Returned it to store same day, Manger G***h F*****t, said problem caused by impact damage. No damage to the box or packing materials and not a single scratch, crack or smudge on the TV. Sent home with a $1200 paper weight and told to call LG. Never so let down by a store manager...EVER!!!
Was able to quickly purchase a washing machine with the help of a friendly salesperson, Joyce, and then received the help of an enthusiastic worker named Travis in the warehouse. Thank you to the both of you!
The Brick – Red Deer… In August 2017, we purchased the Putty Chenille Sectional – Beige edition (two love seats and corner unit) and the extra 5-year warranty protection plan for $400. At the time, both my wife and I recall the sales associate stating that we are covered for a “one-time stain claim” throughout the 5-year term, making it seem that it was ‘one time’, not ‘one incident’. . . Fast forward to October 11, 2019 and we decided to utilize our warranty that we purchased.
