I spent over $100 on coffee at the Mill Woods location for my staff meeting. The carafe handle was torn & I got "attitude" when I asked that coffee be placed in a new one. I explained that it was a burn risk. They did not include cream & sugar for 36 people as requested. I had to start my the meeting with no cream or sugar for the staff. Not impressed :(
