Normally we love it here, but its slowly been getting worse, and last night was the tipping point. We just spent new years here and there was a set course tasting menu. I reserved the table over a month in advance as a christmas gift to my husband. Day of we had a family issue and had to cancel, however we were told that the open table reservation terms was 100% charge when cancelling past December 29th. Despite the fact that I explained that I did NOT book via open table they said that because
