Had a slow leaking tire. time limit was 8:50am as I needed to return home for a client meeting. They took till 8:59 to finish the tire, which should have only taken 25 minutes.( I know as I was a technician and Parts manager for 10 years. They refused to patch one puncture as "it was too close to the outside side wall". It wasn't. I had a look at it myself. Manager avoided eye contact and treated me like I was stupid and ignored my request. Didn't balance the tire after repair. Very poor service
