The journey of The Mindful Motion Clinic began with its founder, who, during years of personal training, engaged in numerous heartfelt conversations with clients.
Many of these clients were coping with various problems and struggling with mental health issues of different magnitudes. Through fitness training and the opportunity to talk openly, clients experienced tangible improvements in both their mental and physical well-being.
Recognizing the transformative potential of integrating counseling skills with personal training, the founder conceived the concept of The Mindful Motion Clinic.
