I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. I've only gone there once, but the atmosphere is fantastic, it is nicely decorated and the owner is really nice. My food rating is only 4 stars just because I havn't found my usual yet, and I havn't tried their lunch menu yet.

The thing that still stands out to me about pepperwood is the atmosphere. It has a very Jazzy NYC vibe to it which I loved. .

We loved it. We've stopped in several times. There's a nice selection and the food is fabulous. I love the Caesar Salad -- they even do takeout. A great selection of coffee and delightful desserts. I think most of the staff is family so they put their hearts into it and it shows. Service is speedy and friendly. It's not a designer establishment but it's very clean and welcoming.
