The crab and scallops were very fresh and great. will be back soon to get halibut that was being fished this time of year. I particularly liked the fact it wasn't pre frozen and they were very friendly.

Was in Moncton in February 2012 for business. During the course of the week ate here and the food was incredible! What I liked best is the Lobster Thermidor. Enjoyed it so much, we ate there once more that week. Can't wait to come again with friends.
Service was adequate; could be improved. Same can be said of the atmosphere.

Mickey grew up in the fishing industry, as many Prince Edward Islanders do. He fished with his father off the East Coast of PEI as a teenager, and soon became interested in the technical side of the industry. In college he studied quality control, becoming a certified technician which lead to management positions at a selection of fish plants, learning the ropes for seven years. Leveraging his experience and education, he became general manager of a seafood processing operation and held that position for the next sixteen years.

Following the tradition of their predecessors they have preserved the tradition of excellence in both food quality and service with a personal touch. The only branch in PEI, 141 Great George Street. Brits Fish and Chips was established in 2005 by Paul Lawson. Mr. Lawson, a native of Lincolnshire, England began his career operating a small fish and chip trailer that he hauled around England and Scotland, frying up delicious homemade chips and fresh caught fish. When he decided to move his family to Canada he brought his recipes and experience with him. For four years he served up the most delicious fish and chips on Prince Edward Island before deciding to sell the business to his long time cook. The traditions and methods learned under the guidance of Mr. Lawson prevail to this day and we will continue to serve up the best fish and chips that PEI has to offer.
