She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. We needed some help with fixing a problem last summer and where we bought it from was no help at all. The staff at North West had the parts and gave us all the information we needed to get the problem solved. They even took apart a showroom unit to show us some things to help us understand.
