For several years I've played many games on Big Fish Games, I've purchased many games but now I have a BIG issue with the games I've purchased and a few free to play games that I have.
For the past week I sent 2 emails with no response whatsoever from technical support about all of my games that will not load with the 809 error. Did everything they asked me to do. All of my other games from other sites are working perfectly with NO errors and just when it was getting really interesting in that game (Farm Up) suddenly it's not loading anymore... not just that game.. ALL of my purchased games also.
I don't know what is the problem but it's very annoying not to be able to play with games that you paid for and that belongs to you.

I have been looking for a piano for my kids to start lessons when school starts and went to Showcase Pianos. Wow what a great store. I just loved the location and friendlyness of the staff. They let me try any piano I wanted, even the kids. I was surprised to hear that they could speak different languages to accommodate their clients. I felt very comfortable and I will definately bring my husband back to look at a few pianos I really liked, especially the Fazioli! It was nice that they were all in tune and nicely displayed. I can't wait to see one in my house. Thank you very much.

Showcase Pianos carries only the finest artist's instruments, highlighting world-class brands such as Fazioli, Grotrian, and Bechstein's 'W. Hoffmann' line. But it was the Fazioli piano that inspired Manuel the most. For many years there was much talk in the piano community about a man in Italy who was making the finest pianos in the world. "We kept hearing that more and more famous pianists were converting to playing on Fazioli pianos, so I really wanted to bring them here," says Manuel. So he introduced one of the greatest concert grands in the world to his talented locale, handmade by world-renowned Paolo Fazioli. The German-made Grotrians are another notable draw - as are the economical 'W. Hoffmann' series by Bechstein, another performance instrument completely made in Europe.
