Jodie Voth, MMFTJodie has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a B.A. in Psychology and Women's Studies. She has been a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) for several years.Jodie's involvement in the field of counselling and therapy began at Klinic Community Health Centre in Winnipeg, MB where Jodie worked within the Sexual Assault Crisis Program for a number of years. As a part of her training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Jodie completed an Internship at Aurora Family Therapy Centre in Winnipeg.Jodie has experience working with many clients from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of concerns. She particularly enjoys working with couples and teens, although adult individuals and families make up a large part of her practice as well. Jodie's approach emphasizes the importance of the connection between client and therapist and the value of the client's position as expert on their own life. ContactRuss Chambers, has over 30 years experience specializing in child and adolescent care and protection. He brings an extensive knowledge base as previous Director of Counselling and EAP for the Family Centre of Winnipeg as well as a Child Protection Coordinator for the Province of Manitoba. Russ currently assists clients living in Eastern Manitoba in counselling, training and organizational consulting through private practice. He also shares his knowledge on child abuse, child protection, violence prevention, family issues and a host of related subjects as a prolific presenter and trainer. He has received his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Manitoba where he was the recipient of multiple honours and awards as well as the author of various publications.
