I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. Dr. Thindle and her team make this a fantastic clinic. I started seeing her during my pregnancy when my back pain flared up. She was extremely knowledgeable about dealing with pregnant patients and was able to significantly resolve my back pain. I am continuing to see her (post-pregnancy) as part of a wellness management plan. I have also utilized the RMT services at this clinic and have had another positive experience.
