Our brewmaster Larry Caza, has been dedicated to creating a true hand crafted beer for Old Yale Brewing since the year 2000. Larry uses all natural ingredients including Chilliwack's pure water which has been recognized as the 'best drinking water in Canada'.
Opened in 2016, we are a small, diverse, talented team that is immensely passionate about creating a craft beer experience. We are passionate about beer and our community, but also all have so many hidden talents – photography, writing, cooking, welding, video, teaching, etc. and they are kind enough to share those talents with this business. We all bring our A-game, every day and we’re so grateful for that.
