If I could give negative stars, I would. The past 3 times I've tried to use this company, I was given a 20 minute wait time (which is perfectly reasonable). However I have waited up to an hour before anyone showed up of they came at all. Today I had it. I ended up being late for an appointment. When I called to find out what happened, the dispatch was completely rude and on top of that had no idea where the car he sent was located. If I had known it was going to take an hour I would have simply said thank you and gotten another way to my appointment. 20 minutes after getting off the phone with dispatch I got a call from the cab driver stating he arrived. By this time I was well on my way. I have been a loyal customer for the last 7 years. This is the first time I have called another company. They will never be getting a call from me again.
