Very rude staff at this location. A year ago I had the experience of someone being very rude because I went into the store a couple minutes early. Happened again. Their own messaging says to drop the car off 15 minutes early, but when I did this per instructions they are just rude and acting like I've some how done something wrong by entering the store.

This is the best service I have ever received and I am in my sixties. Having visited your store twice in the last week I was amazed by the caliber of service we received. Stellar. Please commend your staff. Your employee trainer needs to take a job teaching all employees of all Canadian Tire store how to treat customers. This is the worst auto service I have ever experienced. Do not make the mistake of using the garage at Canadian Tire in Woodstock, Ontario! They overbook and lie about the appointment time. You will be waiting for hours before your car even gets into the shop. They are very disrespectful and one mechanic yelled at me when I asked to retrieve my keys because I could not wait any longer after waiting an hour and a half DESPITE making an appointment TWICE. Go to Midas or any of the local garages.

They do not train their staff, their management is a joke, their service is absolutely the worst of any retail establishment I have ever been in. Save your self the hassle and shop somewhere else and definitely never bring your car there for service it will cost you a lot more money to take it somewhere to fix once they have had their hands on it.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!! They overcharge for everything! Had my power steering rack replaced there and new half axel boots cost $1600!!! The worst of it is I dont think Tom actually replaced my steering rack because it blew 5 days later!! Then I take it back because the work is still under warranty, and this Tom guy seems all angry and agitated that he has to do the work ALL over again! When I finally get my car back the next day, I drive it home and find a MASSIVE Shake in
