I just want to send a big shout out to our waitress Braelyn. She was excellent, went above and beyond and was a genuinely sweet and kind hearted girl. Stellar service Braelyn...thank you!
Probably the best steak I've ever had. The service was fast even though it was a busy night. It's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny!
I went to this place for my Grandma's birthday last year and had the prime rib. The food is expensive but reasonable for the quality of food you get. I thought the prime rib was fantastic. This year I went to the same place with my boyfriend on Valentine's day and ordered the chicken and ribs. I found every part of the meal to be the same quality, fantastic! The only thing I could say about the Keg is how it is layed out. I think that as a fancy restaurant, there should be more private areas. Booths or just closed off areas would be really good, it would feel more private. The other thing my boyfriend and I got annoyed with was the service. The first time I was there the service was great. The second time I was there it took a while to get our drinks filled up. Overall, I think this restaurant is amazing and I would eat there every Valentine's day with my boyfriend. Fabulous! :)

the steak perfect everytime, the salads perfect love the dressing it has a lot of garlic,the lobster fresh with melted butter awesome, restaurant is very clean and quiet, servers very friendly
We have been to this location several times, we used to go to the Burlington location, but once Waterdown opened up we gave it a try. I have to say, I am so happy we mad the switch. The Burlington location was excellent as well, but Waterdown is just a step above. The food was excellent, I've never once had a bad meal at any of The Keg restaurants around the city. What really set the Waterdown Keg apart for us was the excellent service and atmosphere. We had a lovely waitress named Sarah the first time we went there, she was absolutely wonderful! We went back again about 5 months later, who knows how she remember us but she did! She remembered when we were there last, where we sat, and a few of the requests I had about my meal. We have gone many times since this second visit and had other waiters/waitresses, and all of them have gone above and beyond their jobs to make our dining experience wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend the Waterdown Keg for its impressive employee customer service skills, and I recommend any location of The Keg for their excellent food and atmosphere.
My parents and I eat here every year on New Years Eve. This Year James was our server, and he was amazing!! Friendly, polite, attentive to our specific requests on our orders. The food is always good. I ordered Ribs, and had asked for regular BBQ sauce instead of the menu choice of Honey BBQ, and I did find them a little sweet, I think it may have been honey BBQ after all but the server was just so nice I couldnt tell him that the kitchen got it wrong! My family and I enjoy the Keg and will definitely be returning. I wish they would make gravy though, I'm not a fan of the au jus for my fries or potatoes.
Thought of the Keg as the best restaurant. Very consistent from location to location. This one was a little different. Food was cold on every course. Luke warm to be exact. Server was nice and polite. I think overall that the food should be from grill to table in a hurry and this missed the mark. The bar did make a nice dirty martini though!
Gorgeous restaurant! Wonderful service! Amazing food! My steak has never been so perfect & the Escargot was out of this world. For once, I have nothing to complain about.
