went on 2 different occasions and neither girl knew what she was talking about. Recommended a product that made my hair worse than its original state, went back to exchange and I was just given different advice on how to use the product. The product STILL damaged my hair, went back a third time and they refused to exchange it or give me a refund for a $50 product!
