Just went through drive through Ordered 2 whoopers and 2 rings Got 2 whoopers and one ring with 2 dips ? No receipt no napkins But food was very good

Was there at 730pm on Sept 15/21. Only 3 vehicles ahead of me in the Drive-Thru yet it took 12 minutes to get my order!!! This FAST FOOD???? The burger (Double Whopper) and fries were cold. I won't be back even though I only live 4 minutes away. McDonalds was better.
