Our law firm has extensive experience in criminal law, immigration and real estate. Our senior counsel, Dr. James Jordan, B.A., LL.B., LL.M., LL.M. (Bus.), LL.D, has exclusive carriage of all legal matters in our office.
Dr. Jordan is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and a United States Attorney-at-Law and Member of the State Bar of Texas, Dr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Laws degree in criminal law, a Master of Law in business law, as well as a Doctor of Law in constitutional and criminal law. He has served as a Crown Prosecutor and criminal defense counsel, participated as a project consultant with both the Criminal Procedure Project overseen by the Law Reform Commission of Canada, and with the R.C.M.P. Public Complaints Commission. Dr. Jordan has extensive international experience having lived in Canada, the United States, South Korea and the People’s Republic of China.
