    EXTREMELY DISORGANISED ! late replies to emails/ calls, sometimes never, till you call a few times! I've been using SANDYRIDGE PET CEMETARY BEFORE it was bought by GATEWAY, and NEVER had a problem till now ! My first German Shepherd buried there in 2001 along with 5 others over the years. As well as 3 cats. Just encountered a problem there with a staffer who is the most disorganised, unprofessional individual I've encountered !

    People are very considerate and caring but I do ask myself all the time (4) “ Am I actually getting my own dogs ashes back .? People tell me no but I hate to believe this, Help put my mind and heart at ease, ?
