We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. The very next day he was back up and repaired our washing machine. He was quick, honest, and very helpful. We will highly recommend Scotts Appliance Repair to all our friends and family. I just phoned Scott and described my issues with my 9 years old washing machine. He told me that my washing machine wasn't repairable and would need to be replaced. He also took the time to explain why.
This is all over the phone. He didn't make any money from giving me advice. If I ever need someone to repair my appliances, he will be the first person I call.

Another company had previously come to my house and charged me to tell me to clean my dishwasher pipes. I called Scott's Appliance Service and he came to check it out. He found that I needed a pump. He went and got the part the same day and my dishwasher was fixed!! Great customer service and very prompt. I will be using this company again if I have any other problems with my appliances :) Thank you!!
Had a very bad experience with this company. Did not show up on a confirmed time, nor did he call, apologize or make it up in any way. Took time off work to make the appointment, very frustrating. Sent quote via email, and did not send a proper quote, when asked for it to be done professionally, he replied with "are you serious?" We were annoyed and tested our displeasure, only to be met with further increasing rudeness. We will never use this company again!
Very poor customer service. We paid him 72 to tell us our stove parts were fried and then requested a repair quote for the insurance company to decide to replace or repair. After asking for almost 3 weeks he finally sent a quote with no labour included. I asked for the labour quote and he texted me a picture of the revised quote. There was no total though so I asked for a total which is when he got snappy and asked if I was serious. And then continued to get upset at me.
