always had good service from Hamilton Cab. Drivers are usually friendly and helpful. Recently I left a very expensive tripod in one of the cabs. Though the driver had picked us up from a public area, he came back and took the time to find someone who would be able to get it back to us. The staff and dispatchers were also very helpful to us when were realized what had happened and tried to locate the tripod.

Out of 3 years there was only one driver I did not like. Do you know you can ask not ever to have that driver again? A great idea and they follow through.I also had a pay monthly account which made things a lot easier for a senior.
