I have been coming here for about a year and a half and always stop by when in Fort Langley. The pastry’s are fresh and warmed for you on the spot and the coffee is fresh, smooth and hot. The lines can sometimes be long but the smiley guy behind the counter brings a great energy.

Being constantly worried about what store bought treats and cakes might had encouraged me to learn how to make our own.I have made every birthday cake for my son but it wasn't until I made his 5th birthday cake and had so much fun planning and doing it that I decided baking was what I wanted to do. I love designing and creating every cake. Everything is made with only the highest quality ingredients, from scratch, peanut free and mostly organic. According to the lunar calendar, the Mooncake Festival is celebrated every year on the 15th day of the 8th month, during the mid-autumn season when the moon is at its fullest and brightest. Children play with lanterns that resemble the full moon and enjoy pastries known as Mooncakes. Ancient times, mooncakes were made simply by lard and plain red bean paste, all of which were the only affordable ingredients. Today, mooncakes have adapted to accommodate a diversity of preferences.
