My first visit to this shop in Richmond was very rewarding. The shop itself was clean and orderly. The gentlemen I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and fair. This a wonderful business. I brought in a vintage clock with European custom parts and Gregory recognized it immediately for what it was. He then proposed a repair solution which he quickly carried out, for a quite reasonable cost. Gregory is very friendly and knowledgeable; doing business there was a pleasure.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Yesterday, I looked down and one of the diamonds was missing. I was beyond upset. This morning, my husband, took the ring in, Clara took one look at it and told him that should never have happened and that they will replace the stone free of charge.
