I’ve brought my cat in twice for emergencies, and both times the staff have been perfectly organized and very polite. It can definitely be expensive, but it’s an emergency hospital and for animals at that so I feel like the prices are about correct. Our poor little puppy (ok, she's 7) was in dire straits earlier this week. With the amazing care she received from here, she was able to return home to us within a few days. WOW, nothing but WOW, even after 20 years of being this vet hospital client, and knowing Dr Higgins for so long; I am still amazed and wowed by their service! Today, my 13 years old baby, Nina, was having seizures, and when I took her to Dr Higgins (after calling in around 1:00 pm, they took her right in), not only they took care of her immediately, Dr Higgins called me, suggesting that he will take her home tonight, to monitor her :) Great, great place!
