To be honest I was really skeptical of MAX before I went in. They were a lot of posting about it being a scam. I did my interview with them a few months ago and I decided to sign up. They...(like 99% of talent agencies in Toronto except the ones that only accept established actors and models) don't pay for your photos. They do however allow you to get your own which was great because I had a professional porfolio already and they let me use it. I have since been getting quite a bit of work.
