Dr. Valerie Cowan has been my doctor for a very long time.
I have always respected her decisions and her dedicated manner.
I rate her as an excellent doctor! One example was with the recent recall of the a pharmaceutical product Valsartan. She responded immediately replacing it with a brand name product, which has been excellent. Her decision was swift with positive results.
She has a very pleasing but professional manner!
