Fast, efficient and honest are just a few words I would use to describe Doug. On the coldest day of the year with a high of -25C when my furnace decided to fail so I called Doug. Best decision! He had me up and running within a couple hours, was thorough with his explanation for what went wrong and was very fair with his pricing.
